Beyer Imaging is an independent dealer of award-winning Canon office equipment. We sell, lease, rent and service a full line of color and black & white multifunctional Canon copiers with scanning, printing and faxing capabilities. Our goal is to enhance the efficiency of your office document flow while saving you thousands off your digital office equipment.

New Equipment Options

If you would like to see options for new out-of-the-box equipment, we can provide those as well. We sell, lease and service brand new models and offer very competitive price points on those machines. Also, we often acquire brand new overstock machines so our customers pay less than dealer cost! If the opportunity arises, we won’t hesitate to send it your way.


How Do We Provide Better Service

Our service agreements include toner, drum coverage, all parts and labor with a 4-hour response time or less. Our expert technicians and our preventative maintenance program ensure your copier is running wonderfully throughout the life of the agreement.

Some copier companies will tell you your machine can no longer be serviced because they cannot get parts. Many times this is just a ploy to get you to upgrade your machine early or buy a new machine to meet their dealer quota. We don’t do this. We will service your machine as long as parts are available for it, and more times than not that is for over ten years after the unit was first introduced.

Unlike some competitors who require you to sign long-term service contracts, our service team agreements allow you to cancel your contract anytime with a 30 day notice. Providing great customer service is essential to earn your business and again and again.
